1. PACKAGE & FEES
Our Worry-Free, All-Inclusive package
​
Our commitment is to give you a rave-review worthy entertainment experience for your entire wedding within a budget that works for you.
​
​This main package 99.9% of our couples choose. This includes the ceremony (set up/tear down, full sound system, wireless mic and tailored music), cocktail hour (set up/tear down, full sound system, wireless mic and tailored music), reception (set up/tear down, 4 hours of tailored music from the grand entrance to your final kiss on the dance floor, full sound system, 4 wireless mics, full lighting package with free travel (within 15 miles).
We always make a short fun memorable keepsake video of our time with you as a gift. You can see recent videos on our FB page @ ACEntertainment or here under weddings. We love being unique and engaging. We bring lots of fun strategies and creative ideas to make sure the energy level is set from the Grand Entrance till the last guest leaves. From engaging ice breakers at the dinner tables to hilarious games that will leave your guests laughing for days to come. We totally get that all weddings are different from the VIBE to the VENUE. We want to make sure your vision is what you get!!!

ADDITIONAL COSTS​

If your event requires a second sound system to be set up and used, there is an additional $100 fee for the service. A second sound system is normally only required if an event starts out in one location and ends in another (e.g., an outdoor wedding followed by an indoor reception).
​
If your event requires a silent generator where there is no power an additional $100 fee for the service will be charged.
​
Second floor load in. If your event venue requires equipment to be carried up flights of stairs an extra charge might accrue.
​
Travel. There is no charge for the first 25 miles of travel. For the next 25 (between 25-50) of the travel distance there will be a charge of $1.00 per mile. For any travel distance miles over 50 and up to 100, the charges is $2.00 per mile
​
Additional Hours. If it is agreed upon that the Dj will stay longer then contracted time.. The additional rate of $100 an hour will be billed. Hours will be defined by the nearest 30 minute marker.
​
Parking/Tolls. All required parking and/or toll charges will be additional.
​
Premium Dates. Due to various factors (including increased demand) on certain days of the year, there is an additional $75 fee for events on these days and on the related holiday weekends. Unless otherwise noted, the related holiday weekends are the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday that include or immediately precede the holidays below (or follow, if the holiday falls on a Thursday).

Rates are subject to change at any time. Your contract with ACEntertainment will detail the rates, charges, discounts, and fees applicable to your event. Contract terms (including rates) will not change once the contract is signed, unless both parties agree to the change.

First booking..
We will schedule a time to sit down and go over a general outline of your wedding day from start to finish. Sometimes it can be over whelming trying to remember everything so we have created a simple effective way of collecting all the information so it is clear and precise. Everything from your top 10 “MUST BE PLAYED” songs to your black list of songs. We will also go over things like…
Ceremony:

Cocktails:

4. THINGS TO CONSIDER...
​Please keep in mind that if you hire a professional DJ for a 4 hour Wedding Reception or any other party you are NOT paying just for the time He/She is at your event. Here are A few things to consider:
DJ rates vary based on talent, experience, emcee ability, service, coordination, equipment needed, music knowledge, mixing ability and personality. The best price is not always the best deal, especially if you are planning a wedding. As a matter of fact, surveys conclude that nearly 100% of brides would have spent more money on their entertainment and made it their #1 priority in hindsight.
As a professional DJ/MC ACEntertainment normally invests 20 to 40 hours on your special event but it may appear that you are only paying for “4 hours”. Consultations, music purchasing & editing, preparation, set-up and tear-down, education and other business related endeavors add up to the overall success of your special occasion.
